Counselling Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist

Edita Radzeviciute (she/her) is a HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting children, young people, families, and adults with complex mental health needs. She is known for her integrated, compassionate approach to care and brings extensive expertise in trauma, attachment, safeguarding, and culturally responsive practice.

Edita’s work spans NHS CAMHS, private practice, and expert witness roles. She has delivered psychological therapy and complex assessments across diverse settings including CAMHS, digital therapy services, schools, family courts, and specialist clinics for gambling addiction and trauma. She currently provides expert witness assessments, CBT supervision, and psychological therapy through her private practice and works with BUPA’s Young Persons Talking Therapies service.

With particular strengths in working systemically with families and young people, Edita combines clinical supervision, leadership, and training delivery. She has led service development initiatives, supervised multi-disciplinary teams, and designed and facilitated training on trauma, CBT, and complex casework for health and social care professionals.

Edita holds postgraduate qualifications in CBT, CBT supervision, and child and adolescent therapy, and has undertaken additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), and therapeutic arts approaches. She has also completed Bond Solon training in expert witness report writing and regularly provides psychological assessments and reports for court.

Edita is bilingual in English and Lithuanian and is passionate about delivering trauma-informed care with a systemic lens. Her broad clinical, academic, and cultural experience underpins her holistic and collaborative approach to improving mental health outcomes.
